The power of leadership coaching struck a deep chord with me one weekday afternoon as I sat through a red light--and then a green light--at a busy corner in downtown Denver. I was in a state of silent desperation in my leadership role, and the only person I wanted to call was my coach. During one call, that individual saved my career, my hope, my belief, and my self-credibility in a brief conversation on the drive home from work.
